Turnaround times
We are committed to providing a 100% tailored service to our clients, and will strive to meet your emergency deadlines however tight. For instance, we have a special arrangement with a hotel whereby we collect, launder, press, pack and deliver back their uniforms same morning. For another customer, we collect their items after 8 pm and deliver before 9 am next day. These are not standard schedules, as they come costly to both parties, but it is reassuring knowing that your supplier will help you out when you really need it.
Our typical turnaround times are:
- Service Washes 2-3 hours, if dropped off no later than 16:00
- Wash & Press A minimum of 10 hours, usually 24. Same day
- Service is available if dropped off early morning
- Collection & Delivery 24 - 48 hours, depending on the area
- Dry-cleaning 48 hours
